Job Title Registered Nurse (RN) – ICU (Travel) Location Longview, TX | Acute Care Schedule / Job Type Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in an ICU setting with patient ratios of 1:1 or 1:2 Float to HVU and PCU as needed, with a patient ratio of 1:4 in those units Monitor and manage critically ill patients, ensuring timely and accurate clinical interventions Document patient care accurately using the facility EMR system (currently Medhost, transitioning to Cerner) Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality critical care Required Qualifications Active RN licensure (must meet Texas requirements) BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications required Minimum 2 years of ICU / Critical Care experience required Ability to start as soon as possible Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible Preferred Experience / Skills Experience with Medhost or Cerner EMR systems Prior travel nursing experience in a critical care environment Familiarity with high-volume ICU settings and floating to step-down or PCU units Why Join Us No on-call requirements and no mandatory 48-hour or block scheduling obligations Opportunity to work in a well-established ICU with a supportive care team environment Concentric Healthcare Staffing Job ID 787762.
