EV Operations Coordinator

Hallcon provides essential services spanning multi-modal operations, integrated command centers, electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, technology integration, analytics, business intelligence, fleet management, specialty cleaning, and overall rider experience performance. We are seeking an EV Operations Coordinator to provide routing direction safely transport our EV fleet to and from client location and the EV charging depot.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direction, guidance, and information to support vehicle operations
• Ensure timely and accurate updates in all relevant systems
• Monitor driver and vehicle activity during operational hours
• Track the charging status of electric vehicles (EVs) and ensure readiness
• Coordinate with the operations team to optimize charger use and scheduling
• Communicate with client, drivers, managers, and other suppliers regarding changes to regular activities
• Report vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents as required
• Monitor traffic to avoid and/or reduce exposure to heavily congested areas
• All other job duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6 months dispatching or customer service experience preferred
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy
• Basic understanding and experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong performer independently or in a team setting
• Ability to juggle various responsibilities and tasks while maintaining focus in an active environment
• Must be qualified to work in the United States
