Description Marriott San Diego Gaslamp is seeking an experienced F&B Supervisor to join their team! This position is part-time and pays $22.66 per hour. Candidates must be able to work 6:00am to 3:00pm, open flexibility from Monday to Sunday as needed including holidays. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced restaurant supervisor to join our team. In this position, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of our restaurant business. Exceptional management skills and a strong understanding of customer service are a must. Report equipment that needs repair or supplies that need to be ordered Be familiar with the operating procedures of all other areas of the hotel, cooperating fully and in a friendly manner with those areas to assure customer satisfaction Be a Team Player and encourage the teamwork attitude among staff Attend department and inter-departmental meetings Notify management of any pertinent information related to shift activities Be knowledgeable in all hotel emergency procedures Ensure areas are free of safety hazards and performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner Ensure total guest satisfaction Follow supervisor’s instructions and perform other duties as directed or assigned Be knowledgeable regarding hotel activities including groups in house and VIP guests Job Requirements At least 1-2 year customer service/ food and beverage experience Prior experience as a F&B Supervisor required, preferably in a fast-paced environment Micros systems knowledge a plus Must be able to pass background check Qualifications Food & Beverage Experience Required 1 years: Food & Beverage Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
