Job Summary

Our client is seeking a diligent and organized Clinical Research Coordinator. The position involves managing patient flow, using Athena/Freesia for online check-ins, collecting payments, scheduling, and greeting patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an average of 15-30 patients a day.
• Utilize Athena/Freesia for online check-ins.
• Collect patient payments and manage scheduling.
• Greet patients and ensure a smooth flow of operations.

Qualifications

• Any clinical experience, preferably 6+ months.
• Physician office experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR systems and Athena preferred.
• Referrals and authorization experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish/Creole is a plus.
• Experience within MFM/OBGYN is a plus!

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay

$18-$21/hr Depending on Experience
