Location: Various locations across New Jersey
Health Educators develop programs and materials to promote health awareness and encourage healthy behaviors in communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess community health needs and develop educational materials.
- Implement health education programs and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of health education initiatives.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and community organizations.
- Advocate for health promotion policies and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in health education, public health, or a related field.
- Certification as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in community outreach and program development.
