Manufacturing Assembler

We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembler to assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components in a regulated manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with hand soldering, blueprint reading, and quality-focused assembly processes.

Responsibilities
  • Assemble components following work instructions, schematics, and bills of materials (BOM)
  • Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components
  • Inspect assemblies and solder joints for quality and accuracy
  • Conduct basic functional testing and document results
  • Identify and report quality or process issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of assembly experience in manufacturing
  • Experience in medical device, biotech, electronics, or similar industries preferred
  • Proven hand soldering experience (through-hole and/or SMT)
  • Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
