Treatment Coordinator

At River Landing Dentistry, we believe dentistry is about more than teeth, it’s about people.

We are looking for a confident, compassionate Treatment Coordinator who loves building relationships, thrives in a team environment, and understands that clear communication changes lives.

This is a key role in our practice. You help patients feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward with care.

What You’ll Do:

Present treatment plans in a clear, encouraging, and confident manner
Guide patients through financial options with professionalism and empathy
Actively work the unscheduled treatment list to keep our schedule strong and productive
Follow up with patients who have pending treatment
Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care
Track case acceptance and stay organized with follow-through
