This is a key role in our practice. You help patients feel informed, supported, and confident moving forward with care.

• Present treatment plans in a clear, encouraging, and confident manner

• Guide patients through financial options with professionalism and empathy

• Actively work the unscheduled treatment list to keep our schedule strong and productive

• Follow up with patients who have pending treatment

• Collaborate closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure seamless care

• Track case acceptance and stay organized with follow-through

• You are warm, confident, and naturally persuasive without being pushy

• You are organized and detail-driven

• You take initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do

• You enjoy working toward goals and seeing measurable results

• Dental experience is required, and strong communication skills are essential
