Class B Truck Driver
Trillium Drivers is now hiring experienced CDL Class B Drivers with Hazmat endorsement for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Roseville, MN!
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Hours: 40 hours per week (average 8-hour shifts)
- Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour
- Equipment: 22' automatic transmission truck
- Route Type: Local deliveries – home daily
This is a hands-on (touch) delivery position transporting HVAC equipment and parts to customer sites and job locations. Drivers play a key role in ensuring every order is delivered on time, complete, and error-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 22' box truck on local routes
- Load and organize freight efficiently for delivery accuracy
- Deliver HVAC equipment and parts to customers and job sites
- Verify orders and ensure smooth, timely drop-offs
- Maintain professionalism and strong customer service at all delivery stops
- Comply with DOT regulations and company safety standards

Qualifications:
- Valid CDL Class B driver's license
- Hazmat endorsement required (for occasional refrigerant transport)
- Minimum 1+ year of recent, verifiable CDL Class B driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
- Must wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds occasionally (dolly and pallet jacks provided)
