Pastor

Patillo Baptist Church is seeking a position for a Senior Pastor. The church was chartered in 1903, and has been serving, ministering, and growing since its inception. The church grounds include: worship center, kitchen, family life center with class rooms, youth building, parsonage, and 2023 15 passenger van. The average attendance for Sunday School is around 80 people and Sunday School is around 50 people. We have a blend of young families and older members. Our congregation includes new move-ins to 5th generation members. The staff includes: youth minister, music minister, secretary, nursery and grounds maintenance. The financial demographis of the church ranges from professional occupations such as teaching and office positions to more traditioanl occupations of farming and ranching. Our worship style is a blended service. The church government is a congregational and committee-driven. We have four committees: building & grounds, personnel, nominating, and finance. We are regulated by bylaws and a procedure manual. Our church finances are healthy. There is no debt and the Lord has blessed us financially.
