Production Support Specialist

Responsibilities Under general supervision, perform a variety of routine and ad‑hoc activities to support the operations team. Provide accurate and timely processing of information related to orders, production, shipping, pricing, payment, invoices, or other business information. Handle the administration of production documentation, including completion, verification, and filing of documents associated with the production process. Serve as a resource for general questions regarding department operations. Requirements Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent 1 to 2 years of operations, administrative, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, including spreadsheet skills and knowledge of spreadsheet functions Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision Able to take initiative in performing job Able to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing Able to work with accuracy and detail oriented Able to follow directions and meet deadlines Able to multi‑task Able to reconcile production transactions and inventories Able to operate office machines including a calculator, scanner, copy machine, facsimile Able to complete basic arithmetic, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, including decimals and fractions Must be able to read, write and speak English Pay Range $26.00-$27.00/hour An Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans #J-18808-Ljbffr
