In this dynamic role, you will bring energy, technical skill, and empathetic care to two vibrant clinic environments: our Westrock Orthodontics location in Hot Springs and our Leap Kids Dental practice in Texarkana, AR.If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where your work directly transforms patient lives daily, we want to empower your career journey.How You'll Make an ImpactAs a key partner to our Orthodontists, you will deliver seamless clinical care while creating a welcoming, positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.Clinical Excellence & Doctor Support: Work chairside alongside the Orthodontist during comprehensive exams and advanced orthodontic treatments, ensuring seamless appointment flow and maximum patient comfort.Hands-On Technical Care: Precision-execute expanded clinical functions under direct doctor supervision, including the placement and removal of archwires, coil springs, bands, retainers, and attachments.Digital Innovation: Utilize cutting-edge 3D digital scanners to take high-precision impressions and assist in the fabrication of custom appliances and aligners.Patient Empowerment & Education: Serve as an educator and advocate for our patients—guiding them through their treatment journeys, explaining proper oral hygiene, and troubleshooting appliance care so they leave every appointment feeling informed and inspired.Operatory & Workflow Management: Prepare state-of-the-art treatment suites, meticulously sterilize instruments adhering to strict safety protocols, and maintain smooth clinical room turnarounds.Precision Documentation: Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely patient records and treatment notes to guarantee continuity of care.What You'll Bring to the TeamExperience: Prior experience in dental or orthodontic assisting (orthodontic experience preferred).Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with orthodontic appliances, clinical terminology, and patient workflow.Adaptability & Drive: A proactive mindset with the flexibility to travel and excel across both the Hot Springs and Texarkana practices.Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect genuinely with patients of all ages—from children and teens to adults.Team Spirit: A supportive, collaborative attitude that elevates the team culture every single day.Why Choose Westrock Orthodontics?When you join Westrock, you aren't just taking a job—you're joining a family that invests heavily in your personal and professional success.
