Development Associate

The Development Associate supports the development initiatives of a team that raises $2-3M annually. The position provides grant management, organizational administration support and database management in donor software (Bloomerang).Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Core Responsibilities include:CRM (Customer Resource Management) Manager, accurately inputting donor information, giftagreements, gifts, recording and tracking pledges and financial depositsCreating Donor profiles and lists from the CRM as requestedGrant Management, tracking, grant writing and reportingAccounts PayableAdministrative support for Development as requestedDemonstrate professional conduct and good judgementPerform other related duties as requestedQualifications:Bachelor's degree required in Technology, Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing, Non-profit or related field2-3 years or more preferred in development administrationMust embrace the mission of the Cincinnati Parks FoundationPositive attitude & team orientedAbility to work well with Foundation team, Board of Directors, Park Board staff, Park Commissioners,donors and xhyhwjd volunteer groupsAbility to anticipate needs for each project, working in a fast-paced environmentEstablished, excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational, prioritization skills, critical thinking and follow throughWorking knowledge of computers and Microsoft OfficeExperience with donor relations management software preferred
