As the Field Talent Acquisition Sr. Program Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and subject matter expert, focused on enhancing recruiter capabilities, strengthening field engagement, and driving talent acquisition excellence. You will lead development programs, create scalable recruiting frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistent adoption of best-in-class recruiting practices. Key Responsibilities Design and implement recruiter development programs across all career stages Create scalable learning experiences that strengthen recruiting capabilities Develop career pathing strategies and progression frameworks for talent acquisition teams Continuously enhance development programs based on business and market needs Field Engagement & Enablement Partner with field teams to understand recruiting challenges and opportunities Develop tools, frameworks, and resources that support recruiting effectiveness Drive adoption of talent acquisition strategies across field locations Facilitate engagement sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives Recruiting Strategy Leadership Serve as a subject matter expert in: Recruiting Strategy Campus Engagement Candidate Sourcing Selection Best Practices Provide guidance to improve recruiting outcomes and candidate experiences Stay aligned with industry trends and talent market dynamics Program Design & Execution Lead end-to-end design and delivery of recruiter enablement programs Build scalable solutions that support consistency across teams Measure program effectiveness and implement continuous improvements Leadership Development Equip leaders with coaching tools and frameworks to develop recruiting teams Support leadership development initiatives focused on hiring excellence Design recruiting-focused content for learning and development programs Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement Define and track success metrics for recruiter development and engagement Analyze data and feedback to improve programs and recruiting effectiveness Identify opportunities to enhance recruiter performance and retention Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field 7+ years of experience in: Talent Acquisition Recruiting Strategy Learning & Development Workforce Enablement Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and campus recruitment Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong project management and organizational capabilities Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness Preferred Skills Experience leading recruiter development and career pathing initiatives Knowledge of leadership development and coaching frameworks Experience supporting field-based recruiting organizations Strong background in learning design and talent enablement programs #J-18808-Ljbffr SoTalent
