Customer Service Representative

In this role, you'll be the go-to resource for customers, business partners, and driversproviding updates, resolving issues, and helping deliveries stay on track. No two days are the same, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and making a real impact.
What You'll Do:
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Respond to inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Investigate and troubleshoot delivery and shipment-related issues
- Monitor delivery routes and shipment progress
- Process order changes, updates, and cancellations
- Verify documentation and maintain accurate records
- Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, logistics, transportation, or distribution environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Dependable attendance and a team-oriented attitude
- A customer-first mindset and the ability to remain calm under pressure
