Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift – Varied 8-hour shifts with start times as early as 6:30 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 patient care in a fast-paced Interventional Radiology unit, supporting an average of 4–6 procedures per day
• Collaborate as part of a team consisting of 1 RN and 2 Radiology Technologists to facilitate a variety of IR procedures
• Float to other central locations within the health system as needed
• Fulfill weekend rotation requirements approximately every 5th–6th weekend
• Participate in weeknight on-call rotation (1–2 nights as needed) with a 30-minute response time ; call-back minimum is 2 hours
• Adhere to facility infection control policies, including masking requirements during flu season for staff who decline flu and COVID vaccination

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN License (must be attached upon submittal)
• ACLS Certification (must be attached upon submittal)
• BLS Certification – AHA or ARC (must be attached upon submittal)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Minimum of 4 years of RN experience
• Experience in fast-paced outpatient settings

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic electronic health records system
• Prior Interventional Radiology or Special Procedures nursing experience
• Comfort working in high-volume, procedure-driven environments
