Corporate Strategy Analyst

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Corporate Strategy Analyst to support enterprise strategic planning and major initiatives through market, competitive, and portfolio analysis. The role involves developing financial models, business cases, and strategic recommendations for leadership across the global medical technology organization.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic planning inputs and synthesize business and market analyses for executive summaries
Analyze markets, competitors, and portfolios to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks
Build financial models, forecasts, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate strategic choices and resource allocation
Develop business cases and financial analyses for strategic initiatives with key assumptions and success measures
Track strategic initiatives, milestones, KPIs, and emerging risks requiring leadership attention

Requirements

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus 4 years, or High School diploma plus 6 years
Proficiency with spreadsheet analysis and presentation tools
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Experience developing models, forecasts, scenarios, and business cases
Working knowledge of business strategy, strategic planning, and performance measurement
Excellent written and verbal communication for analytical and executive audiences
Experience in corporate strategy, business analytics, consulting, or related field preferred

Compensation: $71,500 to $100,000 base, plus target bonus
