Bring our mission of Love, Compassion, and Dignity to life for the first residents and families who walk through our doors.This lease-up role offers the opportunity to shape a brand-new Community's culture and operations from day one - a great way to leave your mark as a founding leader.Responsibilities:Embraces innovative and inclusive approaches, displaying dedication to our mission and commitment to providing residents with exceptional and meaningful experiences that promote well-beingDevelops, implements, and executes quality assurance and performance improvement initiativesEngages with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction.Responsible for the overall management and financial performance of the CommunityProvides hands-on supervision and empowers team members to consistently deliver high-quality care for our residents.Actively nurtures a motivating environment that encourages collaborative problem-solving and aims to enhance the overall satisfaction of every team memberEnsures compliance with all relevant state and federal regulationsCollaborates with the marketing and sales team to strategically oversee and enhance occupancy developmentQualifications:3+ years experience in a healthcare leadership role.
