We’re looking for Front of House Team Members to join our team across our Round Rock, Arbor, Lakeline, and Brodie locations . As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be one of the welcoming faces of Fire Bowl Café, interacting directly with guests and helping create a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Our FOH team members are cross-trained in multiple positions, including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo , giving you the opportunity to learn different areas of the restaurant while working closely with your teammates. Work across Front of House positions , including Food Runner, Cashier, and Expo, while maintaining accurate and timely service. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment by following restaurant procedures, food safety, and sanitation guidelines. Support smooth restaurant operations by responding to changing customer volume, working with urgency during busy periods, and helping teammates with tasks as needed. Work effectively as part of a team , maintaining positive relationships with guests and coworkers and communicating clearly with restaurant personnel. Maintain a professional and positive approach while performing assigned duties and supporting the overall success of the restaurant. Job Qualifications At least 18 years of age ; previous restaurant, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus. Strong customer service and communication skills , with the ability to interact professionally and positively with guests and coworkers. Team-oriented and dependable , with a willingness to assist teammates and contribute wherever needed. Ability to learn and understand the menu , follow instructions, and adhere to restaurant, food safety, and sanitation standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment , remain on your feet while working, and adapt to changing customer volume with a sense of urgency. Willingness to be cross-trained in all Front of House positions. Flexible availability , including day or night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler’s Certification or willingness to obtain one. Schedule & Locations This is a part-time position with all shifts available , including day and night shifts. Restaurant operating hours are approximately 10:00 AM–9:30 PM . Weekend availability is required.
