Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

This entry-level General Production Worker role supports a climate-controlled production facility that processes and handles rental uniforms for multiple customers. You will work as part of a reliable, long-term team performing a variety of general production tasks, all with full training provided and no prior experience required.

• Perform general production duties on the production line, including handling and processing rental uniforms according to established procedures.
• Stock materials, supplies, and finished items in designated areas to support continuous production flow.
• Lift, move, and organize boxes and other items safely to maintain an efficient and orderly work area.
• Operate within assigned areas such as mat rolling, utility, or wash alley, following all training and work instructions.
• Complete repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy to meet production and quality standards.
• Follow established cleanliness and organization practices to keep the production area neat and safe.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate any issues or delays to maintain smooth operations.
• Adhere to all safety rules and company policies while working on any shift.

• Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic, including consistent attendance and punctuality.
• High attention to detail to ensure uniforms and materials are processed correctly.
• Good organizational skills to manage materials, tasks, and workstations efficiently.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality and focus.
• Capability to lift and move boxes and materials as part of general labor and production work.
• Willingness to work in a production line environment and follow instructions closely.

• Comfort working in roles such as mat rolling, utility, or wash alley within a production facility.
• Openness to learning new tasks and responsibilities through on-the-job training.
• Flexibility to work different shifts as needed, including first, second, or third shift.
• Previous experience in stocking, general production, or general labor is helpful but not required.

You will work in a climate-controlled manufacturing and production facility dedicated to washing and processing rental uniforms. The environment includes production lines, stocking areas, and specialized stations such as mat rolling, utility, and wash alley. The role involves general labor tasks, including lifting and moving boxes, and performing repetitive production activities. Multiple full-time shifts are available: first shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), second shift (3:30 PM–12:00 AM), and third shift (12:00 AM–8:30 AM). Dress expectations align with a typical production facility, emphasizing safety, practicality, and comfort appropriate for a hands-on manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Culpeper, VA.

The pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Culpeper,VA.
