Ensures compliance with policies and provide guidance to team members and supervisors. Oversee facility level programs to support employee engagement.# Duties / Responsibilities:* Assist with policy interpretation, offer guidance to leaders and team members, and support ongoing compliance tracking* Support employee relations investigations and documentation* Deliver training and coach supervisors on performance management and corrective actions* Interview, select and lead onboarding & orientation activities and processes* Participate in the planning and execution of morale-building activities and recognition programs* Support the coordination and facilitation of all facility engagement activities (workshops, surveys, etc)* Ensure HRIS data integrity and support related transactions in Workday and complete compliance related forms and documents* Support change management efforts and foster a culture of continuous improvement# Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree preferred* 1-3 years of HR experience* Working knowledge of employment law and HR systems* Strong communication and organizational skills* Strong attention to detail and confidentiality* Experience with HR Payroll/ Timekeeping systems* Microsoft Word and Excel experience* Trustworthy – capable of handling and maintaining highly confidential information* Must be able to communicate effectively and constructively with all levels in the organization# Physical Requirements:* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.* Work may require stooping, bending, crouching, crawling, pushing, and / or pulling* Must be able to communicate with others via phone, email, and in person.
