Account Executive (Entry Level B2B Sales)

We specialize in large-format printing, signage and graphics that give our customers the wow-factor their business needed. At SpeedPro Commercial Graphics, we act with energy, passion, and professionalism. We are B2B only, partnering with well-known organizations and the most recognizable brands throughout our region. You’ll interact with professional high-level decision-makers and help deliver high-visibility work that people actually see in the real world. SpeedPro is launching a new Knoxville location with production, installation, and showroom capability, backed by our Tri-Cities home office. The Account Executive - Knoxville owns revenue growth in this market by building relationships, creating brand and capability awareness, developing project pipeline, and turning market momentum into sustained sales growth. Base plus commission

Some B2B event-driven evening and weekend demands This is not a passive sales seat. The right person owns their daily schedule, prospecting activity, account development, project discovery, scoping, and outcomes. This role reports to the President and works laterally with Inside Sales for estimating and Operations for project management and execution. Sales experience is important. build and manage a disciplined prospecting pipeline.
- Establish relationships with decision-makers across B2B accounts.
- Account Development and Sales Execution - Be sales curious; Identify project opportunities, business needs, timelines, decision-makers, and budgets.
- Develop repeat relationships with clients who value quality, speed, and professional execution.
- Manage sales outcomes with professionalism, ownership and accountability.
Project Discovery and Scoping - Scope opportunities clearly before handing them to estimating or operations.
- Translate customer goals into practical project direction and product recommendations.
- Work with Inside Sales to create accurate, complete estimates.
- Maintain clean handoffs so projects can move from sales to production and installation without confusion.
- Protect client expectations around timeline, scope, quality, and budget.
Knoxville Brand and Capability Awareness - Represent SpeedPro in the Knoxville business community.
- Educate clients on large-format graphics, signage, branding, and environmental visual solutions.
- Participate in relevant B2B events and relationship-building opportunities.
- Use SpeedPro’s existing reputation and marketing momentum to open doors and build local market presence.
Within 6-12 months, Knoxville sales are past the ramp-up stage and moving into sustained growth. The market has a strong pipeline, marked local awareness to the right clients, active customer relationships, and a clear rhythm of qualified opportunities moving from discovery to estimate to project execution. Strong ownership of schedule, activity, pipeline, and results based on SpeedPro structure and resources.
- Consultative sales instincts with the ability to uncover real business needs.
- Comfort with hands-on, practical project conversations to include archetural drawings and technical product specifications.
- Experience selling visual, branded, construction-adjacent, design-adjacent, or project-based solutions.
- Familiarity with signage, graphics, interiors, facilities, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments.
- Existing territory relationships with interior design, archetects, commercial construction, facilities, commercial real estate, education, healthcare, hospitality, or corporate environments.
Our projects include wallcoverings, murals, wayfinding and ADA signage packages, wall art, interior and exterior signage and graphics, window film, tint, frosting, security film, privacy film, custom design, and fleet vehicle branding. You’ll sell work that clients, employees, visitors, and communities see in the real world. Proven experience and results in consultative, hands-on B2B sales.
- Ability to own a sales territory, daily schedule, prospecting pipeline, account development, and outcomes.
- Ability to independently conduct project discovery and scope opportunities clearly.
- Ability to work laterally with Inside Sales, Operations, and project execution teams.
- Ability to represent SpeedPro professionally in the Knoxville business community.
- Availability for a 40-50 hour Monday-Friday schedule, with some B2B event-driven evening and weekend demands.
