We are currently seeking a Part-Time Teller to join our Enchanted Hills Branch who can work Flat 30 hours per week with open availability and flexibility, Monday-Saturday . If you are looking for an opportunity to join our team, our Teller role might be right for you. As a Teller at Nusenda, you are the member’s first point of contact. You will be a trusted financial resource to existing and potential members by assisting with routine financial transactions at an exceptional service level. You will use a consultative approach to evaluate, educate, and fulfill member financial needs, referring members to specialized departments when necessary. What You'll Do Processes member financial transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, with a high degree of accuracy. Financial transactions include, but are not limited to, cash, negotiable instruments, account transfers, and loan/credit card payments. Assists members by assessing needs and educating on available products utilizing a needs-based sales approach and refers members to specialized departments as needed. Assist in a variety of tasks to ensure efficient office operations including opening and closing procedures. Operate as a vault teller and is responsible for vault cash duties including cash ordering. Assist management with training and development of new and existing tellers. What You'll Need One to three years of similar or related experience. Previous banking experience preferred. Equivalent to a high school education. Key Skills And Experience Advance knowledge of service delivery operations. Accuracy in numbers, procedural detail, processing and balancing negotiable instruments. Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution. Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate.
