Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: Often in a short term (< 6 months) capacity, provide project support and guidance to cross-functional teams on various departmental projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Prepares project reports, presentations, documentation, or other related materials. Schedules and coordinates meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for project team members. Helps coordinate resources, equipment, and information needed for project activities. Maintains project files and records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible. Drafts and distributes project-related correspondence, emails, and memos. Tracks project progress and updates project schedules and timelines. Collects and compiles data for project analysis and reporting. Creates spreadsheets, charts, and graphs to support project tracking and reporting. Assists in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. May coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and project delivery. Other duties as assigned.
