Administrator - Filing New Business Corporations in Various States

Job Description

Huntington Station company seeks individual to help in the processing and filing of documents to form New Corporations and Limited Liability Companies in various states. No experience in this particular
field necessary. We will train. Candidate MUST pay attention to details and have excellent communication skills.
Accurate keyboarding and knowledge of creating PDF forms is helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and filing articles of incorporation nationwide.
• Amendments to existing companies filed documents.
• Follow up with customers on orders with missing or illegible information.
• Communicating with states division of corporations.
• Name availability searches.
• Shipping of final original documents to client.
• Assisting customers with proper order forms.
• Proofreading and document correction prior to filing.
• Problem Solving - Shipping/Filing Errors.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate must at a minimum demonstrate evidence of the following skills.

• Multi-tasking: Strong organizational skills - A Must!
• Ability to absorb and work successfully with details.
• Computer proficiency. Common computer programs, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, Email.
• Positive attitude exercised daily with staff and customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High energy.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Acute attention to detail.

Hours / Salary

• Full Time Position
• Monday thru Friday 8:30 -- 5:00. 1⁄2 hour lunch.
• Closed major holidays.
• Compensation commensurate with experience.
• 401K
