IT Manager

Seeking an experienced IT Manager, the full-time position will lead IT support operations in a remote-first environment, ensuring contributors receive high-quality technical support while improving processes and managing IT assets and vendors. Key responsibilities Lead IT support operations, ensuring timely and consistent support across various technical issues Oversee support team workflows, documentation, and escalation processes to enhance service delivery Identify and implement long-term solutions for recurring issues to improve reliability and reduce support burden Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or IT management, preferably in a remote-first organization Experience managing or coordinating a support team or internal IT function Strong troubleshooting skills across operating systems, end-user devices, and SaaS platforms Technical proficiency in networking fundamentals and IT administration tools Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
