We are seeking a compassionate and organized part time Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee medical care, coordinate health protocols, and support our direct care staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor health conditions, track vital signs, assess skin/pain status, and immediately handle emergency medical situations.
• Administer medications, oversee self-medication protocols, and perform specialized nursing procedures (e.g., wound care, G-tube/ostomy maintenance, tracheotomy care).
• Schedule, transport, and accompany individuals to medical/dental appointments while managing medical histories in Therap.
• Conduct health orientations, certify direct support staff in self-medication procedures, and perform regular fidelity checks.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain flexible scheduling based on individual needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered Utah RN License (Degree from an accredited school of nursing).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience (experience with developmental disabilities preferred).
• CPR/First Aid certified (IV certification preferred).
• Must be 18+ years old (21+ with a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance if driving for company business).
• Must pass a criminal background check/fingerprinting, Food Handler's test, and TB test.

Core Skills

• Strong interpersonal and clear English communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office, and Therap data systems.
• Ability to utilize proper body mechanics during physical transfers.
