Registered Nurse - Cardiac Care

Seeking a registered nurse to provide direct medical-surgical care in accordance with organizational policies and protocols. Key Responsibilities Include Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient care and quality of life through systematic evaluation. Establishing effective relationships with patients and families to develop personalized care plans. Utilizing the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient outcomes. Considering physical, cultural, social, economic, and spiritual factors in care management. Collaborating with the healthcare team and advocating for patients' needs. Educating patients and families on health maintenance and comfort measures. Mentoring colleagues and applying evidence-based practices tailored to patient age and clinical needs. Performing point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Include Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent licensing. Valid RN license in applicable states with BLS certification. No prior experience required. Skills And Physical Requirements Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform patient care activities. Ability to perceive visual and auditory cues essential for patient safety. Additional Details Work in day shift hours.
