A Front‑Office Role with Real Impact As the first and last point of contact for patients, you’ll set the tone for each visit — ensuring every interaction is welcoming, organized, and compassionate. You’ll coordinate appointments, manage patient communication, and support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly. Experience in a dental, medical, or customer service role is preferred — but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. Tech‑Savvy: Comfortable using dental software, email, and tools like Microsoft 365 — or eager to learn. Communication Pro: You communicate clearly and compassionately, whether in person, by phone, or in writing. Reliable & Detail‑Oriented: You’re organized, dependable, and take pride in accuracy.
