About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Manager (Finance & Accounts) to oversee our accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and monthly close processes.

In this role, you will ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP , SOX requirements , and SEC reporting standards while driving continuous process improvements and partnering with executive leadership on strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate execution.
• Prepare and review financial statements in full compliance with U.S. GAAP .
• Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses.
• Assist in multi-entity and multi-currency financial consolidations.
• Support SEC reporting requirements (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K) as applicable.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Maintain, strengthen, and enforce the organization’s internal control environment.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley ( SOX ) compliance testing, documentation, and remediation efforts.
• Draft, update, and implement corporate accounting policies across business units.
• Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and local regulatory mandates.

Audit & Tax Management

• Act as the primary liaison for external audit teams and coordinate annual financial statement audits.
• Collaborate with tax advisors for federal, state, and sales/use tax filings and audits.

Treasury & Cash Flow

• Monitor daily cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and short-term forecasts.
• Oversee banking relationships and ensure compliance with debt covenants.

FP&A & Strategic Support

• Partner with FP&A teams on annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare clear financial reports and presentations for management and the Board of Directors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field ( CPA or MBA in Finance strongly preferred ).
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in financial accounting, controllership, or corporate finance roles.
• Core Expertise: Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SOX internal controls framework, and SEC reporting.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling) and experience with enterprise financial consolidation tools (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or Workday).
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent verbal and written communication, and proven ability to lead audit processes and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
