Night shift, 12 hours, starting at 19:00 and ending at 07:00.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Cardiac and Neuro Intensive Care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of patient conditions, including sepsis, respiratory failure, and neurology cases. This role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a cardiovascular and neuro intensive care setting.
• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and assist in various medical procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health issues.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years charge experience in an Intensive Care Unit.
• Current RN license (Compact license preferred).
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred.
• Ability to provide care for a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
