Inside our hospital's ORs, the pace is focused, the teamwork is tight, and the impact is real. Whether it's assisting with routine procedures or supporting high-stakes surgeries, your attention to detail and steady hands are critical to every outcome.

A Day in the Life:

Your shift begins before the first incision. You're there early, prepping the OR—sterilizing tools, setting up surgical equipment, and ensuring everything is exactly in place.

When surgery begins, you're the right hand to the surgeon, seamlessly passing instruments, maintaining sterility, and staying alert to every need, spoken or not. You understand that success in the OR relies on trust, timing, and absolute focus.

After the operation, you're still going—helping clean, reset, and prepare for the next case, ensuring each detail is handled with care.

What You Bring:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification through NBSTSA (or eligible to obtain)
• BLS certification (required)
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques, surgical instrumentation, and OR protocols
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Experience in a surgical setting preferred—but motivated new grads are encouraged to apply
