Full-Time
We're seeking a hands-on General Manager with an owner's mindset. This is more than a management position. Top performers have the opportunity to become Franchise Partners and own the business they help build.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations from the floor.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
- Drive guest satisfaction, food quality, and operational excellence.
- Manage P&L performance, labor, and food costs.
- Foster a culture of accountability and hospitality.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in QSR or fast-casual.
- Strong P&L and people leadership skills.
- Hands-on leadership style.
- Stable work history and a track record of results.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow.
