Position: Clinical Supervisor (BCaBA)
Job Summary:
Job Summary:
- Supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) under the guidance of a BCBA.
- Conduct ABA assessments and support the development of treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Provide parent training, staff coaching, and clinical support.
- Ensure compliance with ABA best practices and ethical standards.
- Active BCaBA certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience supervising BTs/RBTs.
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
