Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certification (or Board Eligibility) in Family Medicine
• Active (or eligible) Connecticut medical license
• DEA and state-controlled substance registration (or eligibility)
• Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based, and efficient care
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Cultural competence and dedication to serving diverse patient populations
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical technology
• Dependable, organized, and patient-focused mindset
