Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

  • Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, to address individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

  • Engage in active collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers to provide holistic care plans and ensure continuity of care for each client.

  • Respond to crises by providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute mental health issues, guiding them through stabilization strategies with empathy and professionalism.

  • Participate in community outreach programs and educational workshops to advocate for mental health awareness, aiming to break down stigma and promote resources available to the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is richly diverse, encompassing individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. The therapist will work with clients facing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related conditions, and stress management challenges. The role is pivotal in tailoring therapeutic approaches that respect and respond to this diversity.

Qualifications\n

  • A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

  • A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to connect with a wide range of clients and foster therapeutic relationships.

  • Cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage a caseload while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in outpatient or community mental health environments.

  • Knowledge of telehealth best practices and the ability to effectively utilize digital tools for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
