We’re hiring an Executive Director (Administrator) – a strategic and compassionate leader who oversees hospice operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports interdisciplinary teams. What You’ll Be Doing: Understand and practice the mission, principles, and values of Silverado Organize and direct all services and functions of the Silverado Hospice program Collaborate with the Director of Patient Care Services to ensure effective management of the Interdisciplinary Team Maintain and evaluate the hospice program in compliance with applicable laws and regulations Develop, coordinate, and monitor the annual program budget Maintain written service agreements with approved providers to meet the needs of patients and families Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health-related field Certificate in Hospice Management preferred Minimum of two (2) years of full-time supervisory or management experience Experience must be within the past five (5) year Associates in driving-required roles must maintain a valid and active driver’s license; failure to do so may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination per company policy Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Background in hospice, home health, a primary care clinic, or another healthcare setting Flexibility to work outside regular hours based on business needs Why Choose Silverado? Anticipated pay range

$160,000—$180,000 USD
