Hotel Housekeeping Manager

The Hotel Housekeeping Manager ensures that cleanliness, hygiene, and tidiness are upheld across the property. This leadership role includes overseeing the housekeeping team, maintaining cost efficiency, and supporting a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities Supervise and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public spaces. Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure an exceptional stay experience. Provide training and support to team members, fostering a positive work environment. Monitor and manage labor productivity and department costs, adhering to budgeted guidelines. Qualifications Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all levels.
