Assistant Nurse Manager

Role Assistant Nurse Manager responsible for supporting clinical quality, safety, and service excellence within a fast-paced healthcare environment. Responsibilities Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluation, and coordinate unit-based strategies for patient experience initiatives. Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical documentation, and quality care standards. Provide coaching, mentorship, and real-time feedback to staff, participate in budget planning, and facilitate clinical education. Engage in special projects and maintain effective communication to foster a collaborative and patient-centered environment. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with at least 3 years of nursing experience and current licensure. Knowledge of hospital policies, clinical standards, and legal regulations. Strong leadership, coaching, communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in computer use and adaptable to change. Demonstrates a passion for quality, safety, and team development. Key Duties Promote a positive work environment, ensure patient safety, and drive continuous improvement in care quality.
