Your Role Will Include

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of patient health, ordering relevant diagnostic exams, and customizing care plans catered to individual needs
• Diagnosing and treating a range of acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions, either in collaboration with physicians or independently, depending on your certification
• Guiding patients and their families on wellness, disease prevention, and management
• Prescribing medications and implementing therapies in line with established protocols
• Involvement in patient follow-up and chronic illness management

Required Education

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Necessary Certifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialization
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to complete within 90 days)
