• Monday through Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
• 12 - 15 patients per day
• Chronic condition management and prescription management required
• Adult only patient population
• Diabetic care and blood pressure management focus
• Thyroid condition management experience needed
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
