We are looking for a strong, hands-on Front of House Manager to join a well-established, family-owned restaurant in Baytown, Texas. This is a busy, high-volume operation with a loyal local following and a long history in the community.


We need a leader who genuinely enjoys hospitality, knows how to run a smooth shift, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. This is a hands-on environment where strong leadership, great customer service, cleanliness, organization, and teamwork matter.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate the FOH team
• Maintain excellent guest service and handle customer concerns
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for service
• Maintain service standards during busy, high-volume periods
• Work closely with ownership and the kitchen team
• Train and develop employees
• Help improve efficiency and the overall guest experience
• Lead by example and be willing to jump in when the team needs help

What We're Looking For

• Previous restaurant management experience
• Strong FOH and customer-service background
• Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume restaurant
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to hold employees accountable while building a positive team
• Organized, dependable, and able to think on your feet
• Someone who can bring new ideas while respecting the systems and traditions that have made the restaurant successful
• A hands-on manager who isn't afraid to be on the floor with their team

Compensation & Schedule


Salary: $50,000-$52,000


The restaurant operates Monday through Saturday and is closed every Sunday .
