The Head Teller is responsible for providing exceptional member service while overseeing the daily operations of the teller line. This position serves as a key resource for tellers, assists with balancing and cash controls, and ensures transactions are processed accurately and in accordance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED for consideration of this position. Cash handling and customer service experience desired.
