People Operations Specialist

The GEO Group Australia Pty Ltd. in Adelanto, CA seeks a paraprofessional HR support specialist to assist recruitment, onboarding, records, benefits administration and regulatory reporting. Under limited supervision you will support recruiting targets and improve candidate experience. This full-time role requires strong confidentiality, organization, communication, and knowledge of HR concepts and laws.
