Charge Nurse RN (Per Diem) – Skilled Nursing The Terraces at Los Altos – a HumanGood community welcomes you to join a team dedicated to person‑directed care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. Shift & Pay: Pay Range: $50–55 per hour Per diem: AM/PM/night shifts, weekends as needed Responsibilities Provide nursing care to residents and lead a team of caregivers. Ensure a safe and healthy environment in the facility. Develop and coordinate resident care assignments with the care partner team. Perform comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments. Initiate and supervise resident plans of care. Collaborate with the Director of Nursing Services on staff assignments and resident satisfaction. Qualifications Current RN license in the state of application. Current CPR certification. Prior experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post‑acute, or sub‑acute care preferred.
