Overview:

Sentara is hiring a Radiation Therapist at Princess Anne Hospital, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Shift: PRN/Flex (minimum 8 hours per week, option up to 40!)

Overview

Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist according to established practices and standards.

Education

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology REQUIRED

Certification/Licensure

• ARRT Certification PREFERRED
• All new graduates will remain Radiation Therapist I for the first 2 years of employment and are required to pass boards within 6 months of hire.
• Completion of an approved certification program prior to 2016 in lieu of Associates degree will also be considered.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $44.05 - $65.34 hourly.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
