Customer service representatives

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and detailed Onsite Disaster Response Customer Service Representatives to join our local call center facility. In this role, you will act as a frontline representative for federally funded disaster relief efforts, answering high-volume inbound calls from survivors impacted by natural disasters. Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Survivor Support & Intake: Handle high-volume inbound calls from disaster survivors with empathy, active listening, and high emotional composure.
• Application Processing: Accurately enter survivor details, damage reports, and personal information into federal assistance databases across dual-monitor workstations.
• Inquiry Resolution: Answer questions regarding application statuses, eligibility guidelines, and available funding for housing and personal property recovery.
• Resource Referrals: Connect callers with local, state, and non-profit aid organizations (e.g., Red Cross, local shelters, disaster assistance centers).
• Compliance & Security: Maintain strict compliance with Privacy Act regulations, secure data entry standards, and facility security protocols
