Responsibilities: Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and side-by-sides (based on experience level) Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire work, brake service, and inspections Assist with diagnostics and repairs while developing technical skills (entry-level) Work with mechanical and electrical systems using modern tools and technology Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and safety standards Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow and deliver a great customer experience Qualifications: Experience as an Automotive Technician or mechanic (ASE Certification preferred, not required) Strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics , repair processes, and automotive technology Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to pass a background check Ability to pass a background check andpre-employment drug screen Benefits: 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
