Summary

Provides designated clinical units with educational support, including needs assessments. Provides standardized education in area of expertise as well as general education including but not limited to orientation, annual competency assessment, regulatory, accreditation and certification. Assists in the design of education based educational standards, evidenced based practice within the healthcare policies.

Qualifications

Must be a RN. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, Education, or related field. 3-5 years experience working with either Med/Surg, ICU, ED or Acute Care experience. BLS required.

Additional Info

Reports to and works closely with the CNO for clinical education and training. Supervises associates in educational roles within the facility. The hospital offers between 62K-98K depending on experience and a full benefit package.
