Entry level position. Working under close supervision and following detailed verbal and written instructions, performs repetitive bench to produce medical components and associated subassemblies.

Responsibilities:

• Performs simple to semi-complex tasks in the preparation for medical device assembly.
• Places parts in specified relationship to each other per written documentation
• Assembles components according to approved standards and procedures.
• Reads and follows procedures to assemble, start-up, and operate production equipment.
• Perform moderately complex set-ups, adjustments, operates, maintains, and cleans machines moderate complexity to perform assembly process on assembly line.
• Works at different workstations as production needs require.
• Perform moderately complex first piece inspections using simple test equipment.
• Accurately records and completes manufacturing documentation, i.e., logbooks.
• Communicates problems to supervisor, technician, or engineer.
• Perform stock/kanban transactions and enter lot information into computer/terminal.
• Has completed basic production, health, safety, and environmental hazard training courses.
• Must be able to perform job functions while walking and/or standing up to 100% of the time during a shift.
• Follows all corporate, safety and production standard operating procedures.
• Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

• High school diploma.
• Requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
