Sales AdministratorM&K Truck Centers is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our truck sales team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is key to maintaining high standards of efficiency and customer service, contributing to the overall success of our sales department.Essential Functions:Prepare and process sales deals for the truck sales teamSubmit warranty documentation and required paperwork to manufacturersAct as a backup to the receptionist as neededHandle incoming calls and provide professional customer serviceAccept and process customer paymentsComplete and submit title work to the appropriate state agenciesMaintain and update inventory spreadsheets and recordsPerform general office duties such as filing and document organizationUtilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for daily tasksQualifications:Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookCDK experience a plusMathematical aptitude to balance out the drawer daily recording all transactions.Must have excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of urgency to meet customer satisfaction and business needsProfessional appearance and demeanorHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated and dependableWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and growth.A supportive and dynamic work environment.
